What is Dysport?

Dysport is made with a special, diluted form of botulinumtoxin type A which is effective at blocking chemical signals from the brain to muscles in the face and body. What results can I expect?

Dysport produces visible results sooner than Botox, but can last between three to six months, depending on the patient and other factors. Immediately after the injection session, most patients experience some minor redness and swelling at the injection site, but this subsides quickly. After the effects of Dysport begin to fade, patients can opt for retreatment. Dysport can also be used at the same time as dermal filler options for even better results.
