How has your life changed after surgery?
My days are so much easier now with less morning wake up steps and less trips to CVS for contact solution. Trips are quicker to pack for and my job running a kayak school is so much easier. Overall, life is so much better, and I wish I hadn’t waited so long because the results are so good.

What's your favorite thing to do since your surgery?
More Kayaking, even more time on the river, and reading books in any position on the pillow as it doesn’t interfere with glasses

What's one tip you'd give new surgery patients?
Go to the pharmacy the day before to your eye drops and have a friend to drive you home. Also, enjoy that after surgery nap!!
