Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

This is a highly individualized procedure that can address a variety of aesthetic concerns around the upper and lower eyelids, such as sagging skin, wrinkles, puffiness, and other signs of aging.
Patients can choose to undergo an upper blepharoplasty, a lower blepharoplasty, or both. During an upper blepharoplasty, an incision is created along the upper eyelid’s natural crease to hide any post-surgery scarring. Through this incision, muscle, excess skin, and fat are removed. During a lower blepharoplasty, the incision is created just below the lashes or inside the lower lid. Excess fat, skin, and muscle are then removed through this incision.
